Came here to praise the manager that was on duty, Chris. Very polite while helping every part of the restaurant. He was slightly heavy breathing from going back and forth yet remained calm. Only advice would be that he delegates more to the employees just standing around.

My husband and I ate at the Hurstbourne restaurant Saturday night and I had the meatloaf with smashed potatoes and aside salad and my husband had the pasta dish called Chicken Parmiigiana , we both loved our meals and we also loved the rolls that were served to us. But I have to admit that the best part of our dinner was the service we received from our waiter, TaI ( I hope that I spelled his name correctly) This young waiter was unbelievable, he was extremely polite, on top of our every need, very friendly, he was basically everything that we could ask for in a waiter and wet thank him for his service to us tonight. And thank you O’Charley’s for a wonderful meal, we will be back! Linda

Waitress was great! Food was delicious. My steak was a little under cooked. Wanted med rare and I think it winked at me but they cooked it a bit more lol.

When you travel for work, it can be challenging to find healthy & friendly budget lunches. Highly recommend this place for lunch and it’s delicious. A chain restaurant like this particular location - O’Charley’s is worth a try!

Everyone that I encountered at this location was very nice! From the young man at the door, to the server to the management. I received my order and my chicken was overcooked. The manager approached asking if everything was ok. I explained and she quickly responded with chicken that was cooked perfectly! This made for an awesome experience! The staff is very friendly and has great service!!!

My first time eating at this place and it was an awesome experience. The food was good, it stayed hot, after 15 minutes I had it in front of me. The dinner rolls are to die for. It’s like biting on cloud. Good place to dine!

I'd like to edit my original post. The General Manager kindly called me and asked me to come back and try them again. I am SO glad we did! Friday night is the night to go! The bread was soft and sweet and nothing resembling a hockey puck. The appetizer was delicious as was our food, and the service was phenomenal! I'm going to keep my original post up so you can see what good customer service looks like! I could not be happier with how this was handled and we will absolutely go back soon! Thank you O'Charley's! Absolutely awful. For the amount of money I paid, the food was obviously over cooked and microwaved. The potatoes were gluey and I made the mistake of ordering the breaded shrimp. My sons, who aren't picky at all, barely touched their food. The waitress was awesome, but the hostess was rude and pushy, and added something to my bill without my permission. We will NOT be going back.
